Wish I would have returned it to Amazon the day of receiving it and got my $300 back. I have now moved on to thunderbolt 3 for my workstation systems, and have no need for this drive any more. Yes, I've contacted their terrible support that could not relay me a solution to fix my drive other than just replacing it which was the only way for things to work I guess.
